Rolls-Royce has unveiled the Rolls-Royce Six Senses concept at the Beijing motor show

Rolls-Royce has unveiled the Rolls-Royce Six Senses concept at the Beijing motor show. The bespoke luxury model “ignites the senses for sight, taste, touch, sound and aroma”, as well as the sense of “surprise and delight”, according to the firm.

Interior features of the car include a Walnut Burr veneer, soft grain leather seats and headlining and deep pile lambswool rugs. Standard equipment on the Six Senses comprises an upgraded audio system, panoramic sunroof, a drinks cooler with etched drinks flutes and a luxury bespoke luggage set. The concept’s exterior is finished in pearlescent Carrara White.

Rolls-Royce CEO Torsten Müller-Ötvös describes the Six Senses concept as “a luxurious environment designed for the most discerning of individuals”.

Rolls-Royce has also unveiled its new Phantom Extended Wheelbase for the Chinese market. The extended car’s new user interface features a large 8.8-inch centre display and 3D mapping. Also standard are front, rear and top-view camera systems to aid parking.

Power is courtesy of the firm’s 6.8-litre V12 petrol engine, which is mated to an eight-speed automatic gearbox.214101025314948179x39
